We have created visualizations of a modern cabin in the Ore Mountains, which is part of the Plešivec development area in the municipality of Abertamy. This recreational resort is located in the Karlovy Vary district, near a ski resort.

According to the zoning plan, the area is classified as a mixed residential zone with regulations for building coverage (0.7), maximum height (2 floors + attic), and a minimum green space ratio (15%).

This cabin is the first implementation of the "Popcorn" system, which utilizes modular assembly of individual elements into a functional whole. This innovative approach allows for a flexible spatial solution that adapts to user needs and blends harmoniously into the landscape.
