We have created a series of visualizations to showcase the transformation of a former brownfield site in the very heart of Brandýs nad Labem – Stará Boleslav. This ambitious project will bring to life a multifunctional development, seamlessly blending residential spaces, commercial areas, a café, and educational institutions, including a kindergarten and a music school.

Situated at the edge of a historical preservation zone, the development acts as a natural transition between the city's heritage and its contemporary urban fabric. The architectural concept carefully respects the surrounding historical structures while introducing a fresh, modern aesthetic that enhances the overall cityscape.

Our visualizations capture the essence of this transformation, illustrating the integration of new and old, the balance between public and private spaces, and the creation of a lively and engaging urban hub. Through these images, we invite you to envision the future character of this revitalized district.
